How many ways are there to pack pin header and socket?

The header and socket connector is a kind of patch connector often used in electronic production and molding. 1. Bag. Bagging means that the connectors are packaged into bags in a certain number. Because the connectors in the bag are still rubbing against each other. Therefore, it is generally not used for expensive and sophisticated connectors. Most of them are used for in-line pins with small pin positions, 90-degree pins, or pin connectors with short pins. This packaging method is also the lowest cost.

2. Tray. Tray packaging has better compression resistance, and the in-box connector is more stable than the bagged connector, avoiding bending and shifting caused by backloading of the pins.

3. Tube. Tubular packaging is actually a deformation of box packaging, which is simply to roll up the film box. The appearance is tube by tube. It is more suitable for long row pin connectors, which can save storage and transportation space, and protect the flat and intact surface of the row pin to avoid breaking.

4. Reel. Reel packing has two advantages. First, tape packaging can be automatically completed on a fully automatic production line, without further packaging steps. Second, when the customer uses, the coil type connector can be installed with high efficiency and high yield. But at the same time packaging costs will be higher.
